Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across Ohio and neighboring
- Leverage your existing book of business to open doors and build trust
- Present solutions tailored to property and facility managers’ needs
- Conduct site visits and scope assessments
- Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and proposals
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless handoff and

- Maintain and grow existing accounts through proactive communication
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, anticipating needs and delivering
Performance & Reporting:
- Meet or exceed KPIs: gross margin, total sales, and new client acquisition
- Track pipeline activity and forecasting using CRM tools
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in commercial painting, construction, or
