Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques to ensure sanitation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas through regular sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting.
- Perform janitorial service for restrooms, convenience store, and restaurant areas.
- Participate and help with stock put-away and rotation, including food and drink coolers and displays within the convenience store.
- Manage waste disposal responsibly by emptying trash bins and recycling materials in accordance with health regulations.
- Keep janitorial supplies stocked and organized to facilitate ongoing cleaning efforts throughout shifts.
- Follow all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation to uphold health standards.
- Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and bending frequently.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent teamwork skills; able to communicate effectively with other staff and team members.
