Additional Details:
- Must be willing to travel between our Gastonia, Pineville, and Steele Creek offices

Job Title: Site Supervisor
Reports to: Regional Manager
Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide doctors, staff, and leadership team with single contact regarding the day-to-day operations of assigned office(s).
- Responsible for leading and managing the oral and facial surgery office while frequently working in the front office with staff.
- Ability to balance working in the clinic front office while managing the team’s and site needs.
- Is instrumental in carrying out the health system’s mission, values, goals, budget, and performance standards for the office based upon corporate direction and communication to staff.
- Utilizes knowledge of organization policies, procedures, and systems.
- Consistently enforces all site policies, practices, procedures, and guidelines.
- Uses skills in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising.
- Works effectively with physicians, staff patients, families, public and external agencies.
- Uses skills in gathering and interpreting data in the office setting.
- Conforms with and abides by all laws, regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
- Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.
- Occasional travel locally and semi-locally for errands and marketing efforts (less than 15% of the time).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees.

- Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous front office experience, preferably in medical
- Valid Drivers License
Physical Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
