Mobile Patrol Officer

About the Role:

The Security Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both personnel and property. This position involves conducting regular vehicle and foot patrols to monitor and assess the security of designated areas, ensuring that any potential threats are identified and addressed promptly. The officer will also be responsible for responding to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, providing immediate assistance as needed. Effective communication and collaboration with local law enforcement and emergency services are essential to ensure a coordinated response to any security issues. Ultimately, the Security Officer contributes to the overall safety and peace of mind of the community they serve. This position can include shifts for mobile patrol and standing sites if needed. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification.
• Familiarity with security technology and surveillance systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular foot patrol of assigned areas to deter and detect security breaches.
• Respond to alarms or incidents as they occur.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
