Plum Creek Surgery Center is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in a full-time PACU / Pre-Op / OR role. This position plays a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing interventional pain management procedures in our ambulatory surgery setting.

- Deliver professional nursing care to pre-anesthesia, post-anesthesia, and operating room patients
- Support the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the operating room and fluoroscopy suite
- Assess and monitor post-operative patient conditions, including vital signs and recovery progress
- Identify and report patient condition changes to physicians promptly
- Respond appropriately during post-operative emergencies and perform necessary interventions
- Maintain adherence to organizational policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements
- Apply and uphold principles of aseptic technique
- Ensure exceptional patient care and customer service throughout the patient experience
- Assist with inventory management, supply utilization, and operational efficiency
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and collaborative team efforts
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN preferred
- Clinical experience in pain management, ambulatory surgery, surgical center, primary care, or perioperative nursing preferred
- Experience with patient care coordination, nursing triage, workflow development, and quality improvement initiatives preferred
- Knowledge of:

- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
- Current CPR certification required
- American Heart Association BLS certification preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and nursing competency

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR)
