What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Assistant – HVAC and/or Electrical Trades – School Year/9 Month position at Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center?
Interested candidates should be excited to work alongside GACTC’s expert instructional staff and share their knowledge of the HVAC and/or Electrical industry with students. The individual chosen will possess experience in the HVAC and/or Electrical field, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively while utilizing good judgment. Responsibilities include assisting students, ensuring professional standards are demonstrated, reinforcing lessons, and assisting in student supervision.
This is a full-time, 184-day per school year position paying $18.00/hour, with full benefits.
