Industrial Fabrication Equipment Operator

Where: North Canton, OH

When: Monday–Friday, 1st or 2nd Shift

Join a production team that transforms raw material into precision metal parts used in real-world applications. You’ll keep equipment running safely, parts in spec, and data accurate—every shift.

• Run production machines by adhering to documented work instructions.
• Stage, load, and unload materials; verify you have the correct materials from work orders.
• Measure and verify dimensions with a tape measure and micrometer; complete quality checks.
• Capture production data and part counts with accuracy.
• Move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes (training available).
• Maintain 5S-level cleanliness and follow all safety procedures.
• Lift items up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Experience in manufacturing or operating production machinery.
• Comfort using basic measuring tools (tape measure, micrometer).
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Dependable attendance and meticulous attention to detail.

• Forklift or overhead crane background (not required—training provided).
