Your impact—day one- Run production machines by adhering to documented work instructions.
- Stage, load, and unload materials; verify you have the correct materials from work orders.
- Measure and verify dimensions with a tape measure and micrometer; complete quality checks.
- Capture production data and part counts with accuracy.
- Move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes (training available).
- Maintain 5S-level cleanliness and follow all safety procedures.
- Lift items up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Experience in manufacturing or operating production machinery.
- Comfort using basic measuring tools (tape measure, micrometer).
- Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions.
- Dependable attendance and meticulous attention to detail.
- Forklift or overhead crane background (not required—training provided).
