About the Role:
We are hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with strong HRIS expertise in SAP
SuccessFactors to support two manufacturing locations in MA and NH (~110 employees
total). Locations are within shorth commute. This role combines HR business partnership,
operations, and HRIS ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders on performance, engagement, and retention
- Coach managers on employee relations and development
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, compliance
- Maintain policies and support recruitment
- SME for SAP SuccessFactors (support for multiple NA locations as needed);
- Reporting, system optimization, user training (NA level)
- Analyze turnover, engagement, KPIs
Qualifications
Required:
- 3 years of HR experience at manufacturing company.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Mixed workforce experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish)

Compensation Base : $85,000 – $105,000 Bonus Plan : 10%
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
