Enhance Guest Experience
- Greet and engage guests while maintaining professional presentation
- Provide product knowledge and support purchasing decisions with enthusiasm
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and escalate issues to leadership
- Utilize upselling techniques during all guest transactions
- Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Participate in required safety and emergency training
- Report any incidents or hazards to leadership
- Maintain organized, clean work areas that comply with health and safety standards
- Execute daily retail tasks including stocking, POS transactions, merchandising, communication to leaders, opening/closing procedures with accuracy and maintain cleanliness to uphold brand standards
- Promote and sell products, services, and promotions to support sales goals and key performance metrics
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall resort operations
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Some High School education or equivalent
- Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands; including evenings, weekends, and Holidays
- Experience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add, subtract multiply and divide
- Proven customer service skills and communication skills; able to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures
- Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen.
- Previous experience demonstrating strong customer service
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of tasks with minimal direction
- Previous experience with cash transactions and Point of Sale systems
- Proven teamwork skills
- Enthusiastic and energetic
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Able to bend, stretch, and twist
- Ability to work in a loud environment with flashing lights
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
