Who are we? We are independently owned, operated and known for our hand-crafted, specialty cocktails, upscale, pub-style dishes and exceptional service. We renovated a historic building on the square in downtown Adel, IA (built 1870) to curate a space that feels timeless while radiating warmth and charm.
Expectations:
- Provide exceptional service to ensure an outstanding dining experience
- In-depth knowledge of our menu, including food and cocktail pairings
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining area

Hours of Operation: T-Th: 4pm - 10pm, F & Sat: 4pm - 11pm, Sunday & Monday: Closed
