Showroom Sales – Plumbing Fixtures
Part-Time: M-F 12PM-6PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Salesperson to join our plumbing fixtures showroom. The ideal candidate will assist homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders in selecting quality plumbing fixtures and accessories. The role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, attention to detail, and excellent customer service to drive showroom sales and maintain long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome customers and provide professional showroom assistance.
-Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plumbing fixtures, faucets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, vanities, and accessories.
-Prepare quotes and sales orders accurately.
-Follow up on customer inquiries and pending quotes to close sales.
-Maintain strong relationships with plumbers, contractors, interior designers, and builders.
-Stay updated on new products and industry trends.
-Ensure showroom displays are clean, attractive, and properly organized.
-Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams regarding product availability and customer orders.
-Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
-Assist with inventory checks and stock monitoring when required.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong memory and attention to detail.
-Ability to build customer relationships and close sales effectively.
-Basic computer skills and proficiency.
