What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant - Construction position at Great Western Specialty Systems, Inc.?
We are looking to immediately fill an administrative position in our construction based company.
This position is primarily an Assistant to our Project Manager and involves a lot of paperwork.
This person will also do all ordering of materials and maintain our inventory and warehouse.
Applicants with the following knowledge or skills will be ideal for this position but we will train the selected candidate:
* Detail oriented
* Inventory Management
* Purchasing
* Job Billing
* Project Tracking
* Project file management; electronic & paper; work electric, RFIs, permitting, inspections, etc.
* Produce Submittals
* Good with numbers and math skills
* Good written & oral communication
* Drawing submission
* Interpret fire alarm, security, intercom & data specifications
* Read & understand plans fluently
* Know how to apply our fire alarm, intrusion, intercom & data products to projects
Starting pay will depend on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
