Maintenance Tech | Full-time, part-time, or seasonal
We're looking for an individual to assist with tasks related to the daily operations of our short term rental business. Duties include, but are not limited to, unit inspections and maintenance, fulfillment of in-house guests requests via work order system, common area cleaning, snow removal and landscaping, and interaction with owners and guests. The position reports to the Director of Operations. The work schedule includes weekends, 2 consecutive midweek days off, and on-call phone responsibilities. For Full-Time year round positions, benefits include paid time off, ski pass, health, dental, vision, life and 401k match. Applicant must have secure housing in Summit County with reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursement at $.67/mile. Pay DOE, range is $22-25/hour. Job is located in Breckenridge.
