What You’ll Do
- Lead deep‑dive analysis of enterprise processes to identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and data‑driven methodologies to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with business leaders, frontline teams, and Data Scientists to design modern, efficient, tech‑enabled processes.
- Build clear process maps, simulations, and visual models that drive alignment and decision‑making.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership with confidence.
- Stay ahead of trends in automation, RPA, BPM, AI‑driven solutions, and process engineering.
What We Are Looking For:
- PhD 2 years, Master’s 5 years, or Bachelor’s 10 years in process optimization or a quantitative field.
- Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Expertise in process mapping, workflow design, simulation, automation tools, and data visualization.
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, or modern BI platforms.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand or learn the commercial transportation insurance space.
