Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize flow and minimize wait times
• Answer phone inquiries with courtesy and clarity, providing information about services and wait times
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and timely seating
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
• Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously

• no restaurant experience is required, high schooler is welcome.
