- Assess and document sources of experimental variability across different model systems
- Develop and optimize experimental protocols for reproducibility and scalability
- Collaborate closely with AI training teams to translate biological insights into high-quality datasets
- Communicate scientific findings clearly through well-structured written and verbal reports
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Cell Biology, or a related scientific discipline
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on laboratory experience with mammalian cell culture
- Proficiency in transfection methods and clonal isolation techniques
- Expert understanding of experimental systems and variability across biological models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail
- High level of organizational and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a cross-functional team
- Experience with rubcris or similar gene editing platforms
- Previous involvement with projects for AI training or data labeling
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant field
