- Master Scheduling & Student Scheduling
- Work collaboratively with school administrators, counselors, and department head to create a schedule that meets student and staff needs
- Maintain and update the master schedule, including individual teacher and student schedules
- Manage student scheduling processes, including course registration, section assignments, and schedule changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring compliance with academic policies
- Grading and Report Cards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the school’s grading system
- Prepare and disseminate information to teachers regarding grading policies, deadlines, and procedures
- Monitor grading processes, online gradebooks, and field teacher questions
- Post report cards and generate honor roll, GPA, and failure reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact for GPA-related inquiries
- Update online gradebooks with grades for new students.
- Database Management and Reporting
- Ensure data accuracy in scheduling, grading, and student enrollment processes
- Provide support and training on systems used for scheduling and grading
- Generate reports when requested by administrators, counselors, and teachers
- Collaborate with database specialist on PIMS data
- Strong technical proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, administrators, and district personnel
- Strong organization, time-management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with student information systems and database management
- Experience in a high school education setting, particularly in scheduling or data management
- Knowledge of school scheduling principles, credit requirements, and academic policies
