Position Overview:
Great Valley Behavioral Homes (GVBH) is seeking a reliable and compassionate Live-In Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients in a structured residential setting. Staff will assist clients with daily living activities, transportation, medication monitoring, supervision, documentation, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support clients throughout daily activities
• Assist with transportation to Activities
• Monitor client behavior and report concerns to management
• Complete daily documentation and incident reports
• Support medication observation/management and house routines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Encourage positive behavior, structure, and accountability
• Assist with meal prep, scheduling, and daily house operations
Requirements:
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• CPR / First Aid Certification (In-Person)
• SSN / Work Permit
• Computer Competent
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Salary : $3,500 - $4,000
