- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming service area for customers.
- Utilize automotive service software to track customer history and service records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using automotive service software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus.
