Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays
Location: Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, Streamwood, Palatine & surrounding Northwest Chicago suburbs

About the Job
As a Cleaning Technician, you'll help keep homes and businesses looking their best through regular cleanings, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleanings, and post-construction projects.
You'll work with a consistent crew, follow established cleaning processes, and take pride in delivering results our customers can see.

What You'll Do
- Clean residential and commercial properties with care and attention to detail
- Complete regular, deep, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleanings
- Follow cleaning checklists, company standards, and job instructions
- Pay attention to small details and leave each space looking its best
- Respect customers' homes, belongings, and privacy
- Work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
- Work safely and properly use cleaning products and equipment
- Take responsibility for your work and help your team succeed
