Role Description
This is a full-time, in-person, Commercial Lines Account Manager role located in Carrollton, GA at Great Southern Agency. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and in-person.
Pay is based upon relevant work experience, skillset, and licensing.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential to this role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while college education is preferred.
