About Us
Great Roofing and Great Adjusting work together to help homeowners through the roofing, storm damage, construction, and insurance claim process. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor.
This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the roofing and construction business from the ground up while working directly with our production team, subcontractors, and field staff.
Position Overview
The Site Supervisor will help supervise active construction projects, assist the production department, communicate with crews, homeowners, and help keep jobs moving efficiently. This person will be in the field regularly and will play an important role in keeping projects organized, documented, and on schedule.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the production department and subcontractors with active construction projects
- Point of contact with customers onsite during construction
- Oversee roofing construction projects from start to finish
- Document construction progress in company software programs
- Coordinate with crews to help maintain job efficiency
- Learn and follow the Great Roofing construction process
- Help ensure crews are following required safety procedures
- Attend weekly company meetings to stay up to date on company business
- Communicate professionally with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all company, client, and project information
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work in the field and on active construction sites
- Willingness to learn the roofing and construction process
- Ability to follow direction and company procedures
- Professionalism when representing the company

Compensation
