At Community Integrated Health Services (CIHS), we’re looking for a Certified Peer Counselor to support adults in their recovery journey through our Jail Diversion program. This is a chance to do meaningful, community-based work while being part of a supportive, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
- Support adults using your lived experience
- Help develop and follow recovery/treatment plans
- Partner with clinicians and Jail Diversion team members
- Encourage skill-building and self-directed recovery
- Share observations and support ongoing care decisions
- Help engage diverse adults in services
Qualifications:
What You Bring
- WA State Certified Peer Specialist credential from Department of Health
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Personal or lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery
- 2 years of peer support experience
