Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Enroll guests in the Resorts Club loyalty program and ensure accurate account setup.
- Promote club benefits, events, and current promotions.
- Assist with promotional activities, giveaways, and drawing events.
- Maintain an orderly and professional front desk area.
- Accurately document transactions, prizes, and guest interactions.
- Answer guest questions and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Cross-promote amenities, hotel, dining, and entertainment options.
- Follow all company policies and gaming regulations.
Work Environment
- Casino environment with exposure to noise and secondhand smoke
- Standing or walking for extended periods
- Frequent interaction with the public
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with computers and data entry
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission license
