Position Overview:
As a Document Control Specialist, your day will begin around 6:30 AM, supporting project execution by maintaining up-to-date documentation. You will be responsible for uploading, distributing, and logging project documents such as drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and safety records. Key responsibilities include managing the document control system, tracking revisions, maintaining detailed logs, and ensuring all field teams and subcontractors are working with the latest information. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and superintendents to ensure compliance with project requirements and address any document discrepancies. Your duties will also include preparing turnover packages, scanning and filing documents, and maintaining updated project trackers. By the end of each day, you will ensure that all project documentation is accurate, organized, and audit-ready.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A successful Document Control Specialist must be capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness.
