Job Overview
Responsible to analyze a patient’s facial shape, prescription, and lifestyle to recommend the most functional and fashionable eyewear. This role requires strong communication, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a patient centered approach. Must enjoy working in customer service and sales, have a passion for patient care and precision, and the ability to assist in decision making while keeping patient’s needs at the forefront. Responsibilities
- Answer telephone promptly and professionally and obtain prescription for in-store customers.
- Identify customer’s needs through Lifestyle selling techniques and match frame to customer’s face shape and prescription.
- Stock, clean, and straighten displays; clean and organize the entire store, ensure frames are ticketed properly
- Adjust and repair eyewear and process defective, spoiled, and cannibalized frames
- Adhere to privacy and confidential and proprietary company policies and procedures (i.e. HIPAA)
- Other duties as assigned by management to include opening/closing procedures as well as cross-training
- This position will work between 35 and 40 hours per week. Mon-Fri at both or Baxter and Crosby locations

Compensation
- Compensation will be based on years of experience
- ABO Certification will be eligible for higher compensation
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
