Position Overview
We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team! In this role, you’ll craft a wide range of beverages—from classic cocktails and beers to our signature boozy milkshakes that blend indulgent desserts with a spirited twist. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a fast-paced, fun atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature boozy milkshakes, cocktails, beers, and wines.
- Follow established recipes while also bringing creativity to new seasonal or specialty drink offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Ensure all drinks are served in compliance with responsible alcohol service laws and company policies.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner; provide recommendations and upsell menu items.
- Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with bar setup and breakdown, including prep of ingredients like milkshake bases, syrups, and garnishes.
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation throughout all bar operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Experience with dessert-style or blended drinks (milkshakes, frozen cocktails, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
