Responsibilities
- Safely operate a service truck to travel to customer locations for tire installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Perform tire service including mounting, balancing, patching, and replacing tires on various vehicle types.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and vehicle details for each job.
Experience
- Background in tire repair is highly preferred, willing to train strong candidates..
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and sustained outdoor activity in various weather conditions.
- CDL Class B License, or the ability to get one within 60 days is required.
