Role Description
Full Time Director of Women's Center, Under the direction of the ACNO/CNO, this position has the responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the Womens Center and their effect on patient care throughout the hospital and in all areas. The WC Director will oversee all areas of the department to include: staffing, scheduling, budgeting and ensuring quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved School of Registered Nursing.
- Bachelors in Nursing or health care related field preferred, or written plans to obtain a Bachelors degree within five years required.
- Two of more years of progressive experience in nursing in an acute care setting required.
- Consider the hospital’s scope and complexity and the position’s authority and responsibility.
- Consider the scope and complexity of the nursing-care needs of the major patient population(s) served.
- Current Oklahoma state registration as Registered Nurse.
- BLS
- ACLS / PALS
