Service Coordinator

The primary duties of a Service Coordinator will be to ensure the seamless operation of our service department, while also facilitating communication and coordination between our parts, service and sales teams. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to the responsibilities listed below.

• Manage the scheduling of service appointments for tractors and other equipment.
• Ensure efficient allocation of service technicians time to maximize productivity.
• Maintain accurate service records, update service logs and track work progress
• Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely and accurate parts ordering for customer repairs and maintenance.
• Keep inventory levels in check, reordering parts as necessary, and updating parts information.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service or parts assistance.
• Review work orders for accuracy and completeness, determining work requirements and priorities.
• Prompt and professional communication to customers regarding quotes, approval and status of equipment.
• Ensure work orders are completed promptly with all necessary documentation and details, as well as closed in a timely and efficient manner.
