The Maintenance Technician assumes responsibility and accountability for actions, which include, but are not limited to: training and assisting in any and all maintenance installation or repairs, efficiency tests on equipment, and chemical tests on boilers and chillers. Essential Functions Assists with preventative maintenance inspections and safety checks as assigned. Demonstrates safe and competent use of equipment. Demonstrates proper use of software applications to carry out duties. Trains in repairs, inspections, and maintenance of all building systems including boilers, HVAC, emergency power, medical gases, electrical and mechanical as directed.
