Job Summary: As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the organization and distribution of our products. Your main goal will be to ensure that our warehouse operates efficiently and that our products are delivered to our customers in a timely manner.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately organize incoming products and materials.
- Prepare, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and store products safely.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and material movement.
- Perform routine inventory counts and assist with restocking as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders, support daily operations, and complete tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication and strong time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment (e.g., standing for long periods, bending, lifting).
