Are you motivated by the opportunity to see a project through from start to finish? Great Outdoors is looking for a motivated Landscape Crew Leader to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide your crew, ensure projects are completed with excellence, and take pride in shaping outdoor spaces for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate landscaping crew members on residential and commercial projects
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards
- Interpret site plans, project specifications, and layouts
- Operate landscaping equipment
- Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients
- Monitor job progress, quality, and crew productivity
- Work alongside your crew on tasks such as planting, maintenance, hardscaping, and installations
Qualifications:
- 2 years of landscaping experience (crew leader/foreman preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage crews, schedules, and project deadlines
- Knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, and safety standards
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (CDL is a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Use of software such as Company Cam, LMN, square teams.
