QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma and three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Receives and greets staff, students, parents, and visitors courteously and assists them accordingly.
- Handles routine clerical functions for the assigned operational center.
- Assists with the completion of assigned projects/tasks.
- Maintains a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information.
- Maintains a clean and welcoming environment in the office.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technology and equipment utilized by the district.
- Manages time-sensitive projects.
Salary: $19.85 per hour (Hours and campuses will vary)
