Position Summary:
We’re looking for mature, dependable, and compassionate individuals to join our team as in-home caregivers. You’ll support seniors in the community with daily living activities and companionship, allowing them to age comfortably and safely in their own homes.

Location:
Bloomington and surrounding areas / South Metro Area, MN
Shifts Available:Â Days Only
Hours: Part-time only (flexible scheduling)

Responsibilities:
•   Light housekeeping & laundry
•   Meal preparation
•   Bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance
•   Toileting support
•   Medication reminders
•   Companionship & conversation
•   Transportation & errands
•   Dementia care

Qualifications:
•  Must have experience with Dementia Care
•   High school diploma or equivalent
•   21 years of age or older
•   Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle with auto insurance
•   Pass a background and DMV check
•   Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
•   Completion of a 2-Step TB Test (Mantoux)
