Job Title: Resort Housekeeper & Laundry Attendant
Job Overview
We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Housekeeper & Laundry Attendant for our resort. You will play a vital role in the guest experience by ensuring guest rooms, public spaces, and resort linens are exceptionally clean, fresh, and welcoming. This role splits time between servicing rooms and managing our high-volume laundry facility.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Job Type: Full-time / Part-time options available

Key Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Strip, clean, sanitize, and stage guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms to luxury resort standards.
- Laundry Operations: Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron resort linens, towels, robes, and food service fabrics using commercial machinery.
- Staging & Amenities: Restock room supplies, coffee stations, toiletries, and fresh towels according to resort checklists.
- Public Area Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness of lobby spaces, public restrooms, hallways, and public spaces throughout the day.
- Stain & Quality Control: Inspect linens for damage or stubborn stains, treating or discarding items that do not meet quality standards.
- Guest Requests: Respond promptly and politely to guest requests for extra pillows, towels, or cleaning services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, commercial laundry, or professional cleaning preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot dust, hair, or missed stains quickly to maintain flawless room presentations.
- Physical Stamina: Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, kneel, and remain on your feet for an entire shift.
- Efficiency: Ability to meet room cleaning time limits while maintaining high quality standards.
- Hospitality Mindset: Friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor when encountering guests on the property.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and holidays, as these are peak times for resort arrivals and departures.
