Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Welder role based in Naples, Maine. The Welder will fabricate and assemble aluminum dock components and related waterfront structures according to blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Daily tasks include setting up welding equipment, performing high-quality welds, inspecting finished work for accuracy and structural integrity, and making any necessary adjustments or repairs. The role involves working with aluminum and other materials, following safety procedures, maintaining tools and workstations, and collaborating with production team members to meet quality and schedule requirements. The Welder may also assist with material handling, basic fitting, and continuous improvement efforts in the shop.
