Responsibilities:
- Machine setup
- Feeding machinery
- Quality checks
- Palletizing Product
- Other duties as assigned
- Starting pay is $29.20, pay increase after completing your 45-day probation
- Shift differential for 2nd shift (0.50/hour) and 3rd shift (0.75/hour)
- Opportunity to bid to new jobs and salaries (including Forklift positions when available), job bidding will be determined by seniority.
You will be working weekly rotating 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
What does this mean?
- Week 1: 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Week 2: 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Week 3: 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- Overtime is a requirement which can include 12-hour shifts and Saturdays.
- Sundays are paid at double time, Sundays are typically voluntary; however, the company does reserve the right to schedule Sunday OT if there are not enough volunteers
