Duties
- Assist in managing daily venue operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and resource allocation to ensure smooth event execution.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee guest services during events, ensuring guest needs are met promptly and professionally while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate with event organizers to facilitate setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid and CPR procedures when necessary, to guarantee a safe environment for all attendees and staff.
- Handle operational tasks such as budgeting, cash handling, report writing, and inventory management to support venue profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with management on managerial decision-making processes related to venue operations, staffing levels, and customer service improvements.

- Demonstrated skills in staff supervision, team management, and supervising experience in fast-paced environments.
