At Great North, we help communities across New England run smoothly, and our accounting team is at the heart of it. We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist who enjoys untangling a tricky account as much as building a great client relationship.
You’ll be the go-to resource for clients, our corporate team, and field staff, keeping receivables clean, cash flowing, and questions answered.
What you'll do:
- Run a portfolio of client accounts end to end: invoicing, collections, and resolving issues directly with clients.
- Manage receivables across multiple communities, preparing and reviewing aging reports that keep everyone on track
- Dig into account data and turn it into insights that help leadership make smart, account-specific decisions
- Prepare account documentation for home sales and related transactions (scope varies with team structure)

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or equivalent experience

- Vantaca experience is a big plus, but we’ll train the right person
