Join our finance team as an Administrative Assistant to support banking, CD rollovers, mail handling, and day-to-day administrative tasks under the supervision of the VP of Finance. This role is ideal for someone with basic financial familiarity and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming mail (bank statements, correspondence, client documents), date and distribute appropriately.
- Assist in opening bank accounts: collect documentation, liaise with banks, support account setup.
- Manage client CD rollover process: monitor maturities, prepare paperwork, coordinate with clients and banks, ensure accurate record updates.
- Maintain organized financial and client records.
- Provide administrative support: manage calendar, schedule meetings or calls, assist with correspondence and basic reporting.
- Perform general office duties — filing, scanning, document management, confidential record keeping.
- Support compliance and documentation tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with banking/financial paperwork or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Integrity and discretion handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines reliably.
