o Great NH Restaurants (T-BONES, CJ’s, Cactus Jack’s & Copper Door) is looking for a charismatic person(s) to join our management team and family!
· Qualifications
o Previous leadership experience is required, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality environment.
o Familiarity with the use of technology and basic Office systems.
o Self-motivated individuals with the desire to learn and grow, while teaching others to do the same.
· Responsibilities
o Provide leadership to staff and other managers to ensure great quality of food and service
o Frequent interpersonal communication as well as through company Facebook page, email, phone, text
o Inventory and purchasing management using R365
o Quality control of food and production
o Hiring/staffing
o Scheduling
o Training
o Daily tasks of cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant
o Weekend, night, and holiday availability is a must
