About the Role
As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee branch operations, coaching and leading your team to deliver exceptional service while driving growth in loans, deposits, and membership.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others while staying connected to the day-to-day member experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff
- Create an outstanding member experience through service and relationship-building
- Drive loan growth, deposits, and membership through team performance
- Monitor and manage branch performance goals and results
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Support consumer lending and step in during peak times as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of banking or credit union experience
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong background in member service and lending
- Proven ability to coach teams and drive results
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
