We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who is committed to providing excellence in packaging solutions to fill the Outside Sales Rep role for our Whatcom and Skagit County, Washington state territory. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an existing customer base, as well as developing new relationships to help guide our customers to achieve the best-suited products for their business and vision.

Core Responsibilities
- Maximize sales opportunities using sales techniques and creative solutions
- Develop and maintain existing relationships with all accounts assigned
- Follow an existing call cycle within account base
- Manage custom projects from design to delivery
- Represent GLBC, where our mission is to be our customers’ first choice for packaging by changing the game for service
- Minimum 3 years outside sales experience preferred
- Print and Packaging manufacturing knowledge is an asset
- Proven track record of developing new business
- Proven track record of increasing sales and meeting sales quotas
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and strong technical skills is a must
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work in a true team environment
- Post-Secondary degree or sales related courses are an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to foster and nurture professional relationships
- Sound judgement and decision-making ability
