Customer Relations Associate – Full Time
Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is hiring a full-time Customer Relations Associate to join our team in the Milwaukee area.

You’ll spend your day speaking directly with customers, answering questions, creating positive interactions, and helping the organizations we represent connect with more people.
Your Role
As a Customer Relations Associate, you’ll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers face-to-face at retail and promotional locations
- Introducing nonprofit campaigns and explaining their work
- Answering questions clearly and professionally
- Building rapport with different people throughout the day
- Helping interested customers learn how they can support current campaigns
- Providing a friendly and positive customer experience
- Working alongside the team toward daily campaign goals
