Great Lakes Window Coverings is growing and seeking a driven, polished Luxury In-Home Advisor to deliver a premium consultation experience for homeowners investing in custom Hunter Douglas blinds, shades, and shutters.

This is not a retail sales role — it is a consultative, design-forward position where you serve as a trusted advisor helping clients enhance their homes through tailored window treatment solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with qualified homeowners
• Guide clients through premium Hunter Douglas product selections
• Recommend solutions based on design, lighting, privacy, and lifestyle needs
• Measure windows and prepare professional proposals
• Manage projects from consultation through installation
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level customer experience
• Build referral relationships with designers, builders, and homeowners

Ideal Candidate

• 3 years of consultative or in-home sales experience
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Professional presence comfortable working in high-end homes
• Self-motivated and organized
• Interest in design, home improvement, or luxury products
• Ability to manage schedule and territory independently

(Window covering or design experience is helpful but not required — training provided.)

Compensation

• Base compensation plus uncapped commission
