We are looking for a professional inside sales associate for our Duluth, Minnesota masonry and landscape supply store. The ideal person will be looking to advance their career through learning and growing into future positions as our great company continues to grow rapidly. Our ideal candidate would be a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful individual that is eager to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating new sales and new accounts.
Learn about our products and basic installation requirements
Build positive customer relations.
Assisting the sales manager in executing customer satisfaction, sales, safety, and overall performance and profitability.
Estimating
Accompanying customers inside and/or outside the store while searching for that right stone for their project.
Scheduling Product Deliveries
Communicating with customers over the phone, via email, and in person.
Expected to set a “Rock Solid Service” example in sales.
Create new systems to improve inside sales.
Over-the-Top Customer Service.
Requirements:
· Masonry and landscaping experience preferred, but not required.
· Self- motivated
· Team player
· Neat in appearance and have a desire to succeed and a willingness to learn.
· Basic office skills which include the ability to type, comfortable with math, and phone and computer skills.
· Microsoft office knowledge and QuickBooks software knowledge is preferred.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· Will be required to run a forklift, load product and pick product.
· Not afraid to get their hands dirty and must be able to lift 80 lbs.
