Available Shift:
1st Shift: 7AM - 3PM Mondays and Tuesdays off (works weekends)
What You’ll Do
- Provide daily leadership and coordination for residents and staff
- Dispense medications (training provided)
- Drive residents to appointments, activities, and community events in a company vehicle
- Create and maintain systems for smooth household operations
- Monitor and record resident funds, budgets, and inventory
- Assist with cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a welcoming home environment
- Plan and lead fun outings and in-home activities (like bowling, bingo, or movie nights)
- Complete documentation and ensure licensing, safety, and health standards are met

- Comfortable leading a team and supporting a diverse group of residents
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Ability to remain calm and use de-escalation techniques when needed
- Previous behavioral health or residential care experience is a plus
