What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foundation Assistant position at Great Lakes Recovery Centers?
Great Lakes Recovery Centers, Inc. is accepting applications for a FT Foundation Assistant based out of the Administrative Office in Negaunee, MI and reports to the Foundation Coordinator.
The Foundation Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Foundation Coordinator and the Agency with targeted development surrounding marketing, promotional, and fundraising activities, assistance with submitting grant applications to offering organizations, prepare and submit budget details on grant utilization, maintain and update records on disbursement of funds, and ensure payment receipts are secured, coordinate with program supervisors on the conditions of grants and ensure compliance with grant guidelines. Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal skills and public speaking abilities, strong organizational qualities, and team participation required. Computer skills and knowledge/aptitude with marketing and promotional software programs and related applications.
