Automotive Repair Technician

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Automotive Technician to join our prestigious Mercedes-Benz dealership. As a technician with us, you will be working with cutting-edge technology and luxury vehicles, diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a range of high-performance vehicles to ensure they continue to meet the highest standards of Mercedes-Benz quality.

Duties

• Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including routine service and specialized repairs.
• Use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.
• Perform tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, suspension work, and engine diagnostics.
• Ensure all repairs are performed to Mercedes-Benz's quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle technology and diagnostic tools specific to Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, service recommendations, and costs.
• Complete all service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to further your expertise in Mercedes-Benz vehicles and systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification from an automotive technology program is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an automotive technician, preferably with luxury or high-performance vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of vehicle issues using the latest diagnostic technology.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to the highest service standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
